accepts
applications
for
the
electrical
apprenticeship
the
first
working
Monday
of
each
month,
from
8:00
AM
-12:00
PM
and
from 1:00
PM
-
5:00
PM
at
the
Warren
Electrical JATC,
4550 Research Parkway Warren, Ohio 44483.
Applicants
must
be
at
least
17
years
of
age,
be
a
high
school
graduate
(or
GED
holder),
and
have
successfully
completed
one
year
of
high
school
or
post
high
school
algebra.
There
is
a
$25.00
application
fee
that
must
be
paid
when
the
application
is
filled
out.

Joint
Apprenticeship

Training
Committee

Minimum
Requirements
·
Official
high
school
transcripts/Official
copy
of
GED
Certificate
and
transcripts
·
Proof
of
one
credit
of
algebra
successfully
completed
·
High
School
Diploma
·
Applicants
meeting
the
minimum
requirements
will
take
an
aptitude
test
Interviewing
To
qualify
for
an
interview,
an
applicant
must
score
a
"4"
or
higher
on
the
electrical
trade's
aptitude
test.
Qualified
applicants
will
be
notified
by
mail
as
to
their
interview
date
and
time.
All
qualified
candidate's
results
are
statistically
recorded
and
ranked.
All
qualified
applicants
will
remain
on
the
ranking
list
and
in
the
pool
of
eligible
applicants
for
two
years
from
the
date
of
their
interview.
Upon
Selection
If
selected
to
participate
in
the
apprenticeship,
an
applicant
is
required
to
pass
a
physical
and
drug
test
given
by
our
physicians.
An
applicant
cannot
be
placed
to
work
without
this
medical
release.
