The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers is the largest electrical union in the world. The IBEW represents workers rights in all areas of the electrical industry. The IBEW is truly a union of "Hearts and Minds."

The National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA)
The National Electrical Contractors Association is the management association for electrical contractors. NECA represents thousands of employers who guarantee their installations and perform quality work on time and on budget. NECA electrical contractors satisfy their customers by doing the job right the first time. To provide the highly skilled workforce necessary to meet customer needs and insure job satisfaction for electrical workers, the IBEW and NECA sponsor the very best apprenticeship programs.

In 1941, the IBEW and NECA jointly formed the National Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (NJATC).

Today, with local programs across the United States and Canada, it is world renowned as the finest electrical training program of its kind.

The Warren Electrical JATC firmly believes that identifying the needs of our industry and satisfying those needs will determine our success throughout this millenium. Training is the foundation on which every craftsperson builds a career. Providing the customer with access to the best trained workforce will always be the primary objective of the Warren Electrical Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee. It is our belief that providing the best trained workforce will not only contribute to the economic development of our region, but will also help make each and every community a better place to live and raise our families.
